Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at hello@lhupe.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Exchanges: We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size or style. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@lhupe.com — we will resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
