How do I choose my size? Lhupé kaftans are designed to fit sizes 2–14. The drape does the work. See the fit note on each product page.

How do I care for my piece? Hand wash cold or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Natural fibers only get more beautiful with time.

When is the next drop? Join our email list to be first to know. We drop in small batches — pieces go quickly.

What distinguishes Essential from Signature? Essential is viscose and cotton viscose — beautiful drape, everyday luxury. Signature uses deadstock silk blends and linen silk — elevated fabric, elevated construction.

Shipping & Insurance All orders ship with shipping insurance included. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos and we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, preference, or change of mind — please review sizing notes carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return under these circumstances, email hello@lhupe.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If approved, we will provide a return authorization code. Returns sent without this code will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
